Anguilla's Carty named Caribbean's Chef of the Year

What the island of Anguilla lacks in size, it makes up for in culinary exeprtise. During the 2010 Caribbean Hotel and Tourism's annual Taste of the Caribbean competiton, Anguilla beat out major culinary competitors from Puerto Rico and Trinidad to walk off with the award for Chef of the Year.
